Nov-Ell Staff

Nov-Ell Sales staff is comprised  of inside support / Customer Service  and outside sales associates.  Together we have an impressive 150+ years of experience in the industry in addition to a wide range of other experiences each associate brings with them.      

Born and raised in Fair Lawn, NJ, Joel attended the University of Maryland and majored in finance. Before working at Nov-Ell, Joel worked on Wall Street. The proud husband of Debbie Zingler and father of Gillian and Russell, he is the sole proprietor of Nov-Ell Sales. Outside of work, he is a New York Giants and Mets fan. Joel manages high-level relationships with all his customers while making sales calls throughout the territory and managing day to day operations. 

Debbie handles a diverse amount of responsibilities including accounts payable and human resources. 

Z is Nov-Ell's customer service / office manager, making sure everything runs smooth and orderly. A graduate of Montclair State University, she enjoys time with her family and travelling abroad.

Leo's claim to fame is once having been on the cover of Rolling Stone Magazine. Leo covers accounts located in Manhattan.

Shea is the office mascot. He is named after the old Shea stadium, he brings much joy to the office.

Kevin's background includes having worked as a general contractor, retail and wholesale experience with a global faucet/fixture manufacturer and also a marketing position with a regional wholesaler.  Kevin joined Nov-Ell in 2015 and covers the northern NJ, southern NY state and Staten Island markets.  A long-time resident of Hawthorne NJ and a graduate of Montclair State University, he majored in Business Administration and minored in Marketing.   He enjoys outdoor activities with his wife Kelly and boys Sean and Brendan.  

A worldly man, there isn't much Gerry hasn't done. A great addition to Nov-Ell Sales, Gerry joined the team in 2017 and covers the Long Island market.
